Parking Management Website and Application
Spencer Humphrey Ltd, a national parking and clamping company, approached us asking for a web site that included facilities to take online payment for tickets. In addition, they also required a web application for the management of tickets, customers and invoicing.
We produced a bespoke integrated web application that runs their entire business operation, producing automatic client invoices, fine reminders, taking payments, producing company accounts, etc.

Staff and Resources Management
Volunteers require a web application to co-ordinate their resources and manage their operations and members. We produced a web based application allowing members to see upcoming events and agree to volunteer for them. Unit administrators could then see who had volunteered, determine how many hours they have volunteered over the last year, keep track of members qualifications, and a whole host of other features.
Event ticket booking
A group planning a large event approached us to produce an online booking system to allow people to sign up to the event and to take payment from them.
This product was produced by adapting our in-house software to suit the client's needs.
Appointment booking
This product allowed visitors of a clinic to make an appointment that suited them by viewing time slots the clinic had free over the next few months. The product reduced the amount of visitors who failed to attend the clinic by allowing them to find a time that was convenient, as well as increasing the utilisation of the clinic.
This software was developed by adapting our existing in-house software to suit the client's needs.
Ball ticket booking
The Winter Ball is a ball held in Hampshire for a large number of guests. The booking system allows guests to book and pay for tickets, choose what they'd like to eat from the menu, and where they would like to sit. Before the ball the organisers can present the hotel with a list of guests and how many meals of each type and which table they needed to be delivered to.
This product was developed by adapting our existing in-house software to suit the client's needs.
